Hi, I had an EKG today and it says slight inferior depolarization disturbance consider ischemia LV overload or aspecific change, small negative T in avf and in III. I was dehydrated at the time. I also take adderall and blood pressure medication. It was ordered as I m having surgery to remove my gallbladder and appendix. I ve had several surgeries over the past few years an was never reported to have any issues, though this is my first ekg. Is this a problem? Could my meds or the dehydration or GB issues contribute to this?
